Yes! You can change your study profile anytime in your account settings. Your flashcards and progress will be preserved.

Our web app is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. You can also install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your phone for an app-like experience.

Navigate to your Topics page, create a topic, then click "Add Cards" to create individual flashcards with questions and answers. You can also add images, tags, and categories for better organization.

Yes! Pro users can import flashcards from CSV, text files, PDF, and DOCX documents. Upload your file and our system will parse the content into flashcards automatically.

Free accounts can create up to 50 flashcards across 5 topics. Individual Pro allows up to 500 flashcards and 50 topics. Circle and Corporate accounts have unlimited flashcards. Check our pricing page for full details.

Yes! All account types can add images to both questions and answers. This is especially useful for Picture Cards mode and visual learning.

Currently, flashcard sets are private to your account. Team sharing is available with Circle and Corporate accounts, where admins can create shared study sets for their organization.

We offer 9 study modes (flashcard, multiple choice, matching, spelling, flip only, flip extended, answer first, mixed, and comprehensive study) plus 3 special mode toggles (missing words, answer first, and rapid recall timer) and 11 test types (multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, matching, ordering, spelling, multiple select, manual grading, guided reflection, flashcard practice, and mixed). Learning Packs provide structured lessons with text, flashcards, and tests.

Learning Packs are structured lessons that guide you through content step-by-step. They can include text sections, flashcard reviews, embedded videos, and knowledge checks. Perfect for organized learning.

It depends on your goals! Multiple Choice is great for quick recall. Fill-in-the-Blank tests exact memory. True/False is good for fact-checking. Short Answer and Essay allow deeper exploration of topics.

We use the Leitner 5-box system for long-term retention. Cards you get right move to higher boxes and are shown less frequently. Cards you miss move back to Box 1 for more practice. Create a Study Deck to activate spaced repetition for any topic.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also be invoiced.

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your billing period.

Your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of your billing period. You'll keep your flashcards but lose Pro features like unlimited cards, bulk import, and advanced analytics.

We offer a free tier with up to 50 flashcards and access to basic study modes. You can try it risk-free before upgrading to Pro.

Yes! We offer special pricing for schools, homeschool groups, and educational organizations. Contact us to learn about our educational plans and volume discounts.

Circle accounts are for teachers, tutors, and small learning circles (up to 150 students). Corporate accounts are for organizations needing multiple admins, multiple teacher accounts, custom branding, group folders, CE credit tracking, and up to 500+ students.

Memorized That automatically tracks your performance on every flashcard, identifying which ones you've mastered and which need more practice. You can view detailed analytics in your dashboard.

Achievements are badges you earn for milestones like completing your first study session or mastering a set of flashcards. Course completion trophies celebrate finishing courses.

We offer Math Challenge (timed math problems with progressive difficulty) and Quick Recall (speed-based answer matching). More games are in development!

Memorized That requires an internet connection. Our Progressive Web App (PWA) provides fast loading and an app-like experience on mobile devices.

Yes! You can create topics and tag your flashcards for easy organization. Filter by topic, tag, or category when studying.

Paste any text, upload a PDF, or upload a DOCX file, and our AI will automatically generate flashcards from the content. You can review, edit, and approve the generated cards before adding them to your topics. Available to Pro, Circle, and Corporate users.

You can import content from PDF, DOCX, TXT, and CSV files. PDF and DOCX files are parsed and can be used with AI generation to create flashcards, courses, or learning packs automatically.

Yes! The AI Course Builder can create structured courses with chapters, sections, and assessments from your curriculum text or uploaded documents. You can customize the generated content before publishing.

Individual Pro gets 50 AI credits per month. Circle and Corporate team-tier accounts get 200 credits per month. Enterprise accounts get 2,000 credits per month. Credits reset monthly and cover flashcard generation, course building, and learning pack creation.

CE (Continuing Education) Credit Tracking is available for Corporate Enterprise accounts. Administrators can define credit categories, set requirements per period, and track completions. Credits are automatically awarded when students complete assigned courses.

Yes! Enterprise administrators can export CSV reports for the entire organization or individual students. Reports include credit categories, completion dates, and compliance status — ready for submission to regulatory bodies.

Organization accounts (Circle and Corporate) allow admins to create accounts for members, assign study materials, and track team progress. Perfect for schools, training programs, and businesses.

Yes! Organization admins can create user accounts and invite members via email. Members can access shared study sets created by the admin.

Corporate accounts get detailed analytics including team performance, individual progress, time spent studying, and weak area identification across your organization.

Memorized That works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience.

Yes! We use SSL/TLS encryption for all connections and bcrypt password hashing. Your data is stored on secure, managed infrastructure. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
